Introducing ContractorsWord: A Tool to Rate Client Addresses

As a software engineer, I built ContractorsWord to help contractors warn each other about difficult clients. On our platform, you can leave quick reviews based on a client’s address and zip code, so other builders can see patterns of no-shows, late payments or endless revisions.

Privacy is protected: we don’t display names, just the address, and your username is hidden. Before you spend time preparing an estimate or traveling to a site, you can check the address to see if others have had trouble there.
